Mitt A. Salvaggio

Mitt A. Salvaggio specializes in IT strategic planning, and in assisting public sector organizations in the acquisition and implementation of new ERP systems.  Mr. Salvaggio’s background in consulting and state government includes over eighteen (18) years of diversified experience in information technology, project management, and governmental auditing (financial, operational and EDP).  He graduated from Texas A&M University where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting.  He is licensed as a CPA in the State of Texas and a Certified Government Financial Manager.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA), the Austin Chapter of the TSCPA, and the Association of Government Accountants.  Mr. Salvaggio was recently awarded the Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP) designation by the AICPA.  The CITP designation is awarded to CPAs with significant experience in information technology strategic planning, implementation, management, and business strategies for information systems.

Kirk Teal

Kirk Teal has over ten (10) years of experience in the design, development, implementation, customization and support of financial and procurement applications designed for public sector entities.  He has expertise in the following functional areas: general ledger, accounts payable, budgetary control, budget preparation, grant and project accounting, purchasing, inventory control, and asset management.  Mr. Teal previously served as a manager for a Big 5 accounting and consulting firm.  He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting.  He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas.

Nathan L. Frey

Nathan L. Frey specializes in providing information technology and project management services to governmental and commercial organizations.  His experience includes over twelve (12) years of service to state and local governments in such diverse areas as financial and compliance auditing, human resources, activity-based costing, process improvement services, internal control reviews, project management, and consulting.  Mr. Frey graduated from Louisiana Tech University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.  He also earned a Masters of Business Administration degree in Finance from Baylor University.  Mr. Frey is licensed as a CPA in the State of Texas.
