The company was founded in
1997 by Mitt A. Salvaggio, a Certified Public
Accountant (CPA) licensed in the State of Texas.
The firm employs senior level consultants experienced
in governmental operations, information technology,
and project management. We offer expertise in
financial management, budget development, procurement,
human resources, and payroll administration.
Because of this diversified experience, our
consultants have a keen understanding of the
many problems, issues, and concerns facing governmental
organizations in managing their use of information
technology.
The
firm's consultants have considerable experience
in assisting state and local governments in
evaluating ERP systems, including PeopleSoft,
Oracle, SAP America and American Management
Systems (AMS). Salvaggio, Teal & Associates
provide an unbiased third party perspective
as the firm is not a vendor or implementer of
ERP hardware or software systems and has no
financial or contractual connections to such
firms. Salvaggio, Teal & Associates has
never received compensation from any ERP vendors
or their implementation partners. The firm is
truly independent in fact and appearance.
